1.) Create Protection groups at the PROD site.  (Mail Servers, Workstations, Web Servers, etc) and will fail all machines in the group over to the DR site.

2.) Create Recovery Plan at the DR site. Shutdown at Protected Site and resume all at DR site.

Rescan HBA, Refresh Datastores, Migrate VMs in specific order such as DC first, etc.

3.) Makes it easy to know which have failed over when looking at console with a lightning bolt.

4.) Then planned migrate back to Protected Site and which will power on machines set by priority levels.
